| Ingredients: |
| 3 |
packages refrigerated prepared buttermilk biscuits,
Pillsbury® |

Nonstick vegetable cooking spray, PAM® |
| 1 |
cup onion, chopped |
| 1 |
package (3-ounce) thinly sliced prosciutto (deli section),
chopped, Citterio® |
| 1 |
cup traditional tomato sauce, Ragú® |
| 6 |
large button mushrooms, sliced |
| 1 |
cup shredded pizza-blend cheese, Sargento® |
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Preparation:
- Bake biscuits according to package instructions.
- Cool biscuits.
- Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
- Split biscuits in half and arrange, split side up, on a cookie sheet.
Set aside.
- Bring oven heat to 400 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine onion and prosciutto.
- In a second small bowl, combine tomato sauce and mushrooms.
- Spread tomato mixture evenly over biscuit halves.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Top with prosciutto and onion mixture.
- Bake for 12 minutes, or until topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm.
