Sassy Sangria

 


 

Makes 6-8 servings

INGREDIENTS:
1 bottle (750ml) rose or blush wine
1/2  can (11.5 ounce) mango juice
1/2 can (11.5 ounce) guava juice
1/2 can (11.5 ounce) strawberry kiwi juice
Slices of orange, kiwi, lemon and strawberry
Fruit ice cubes

Prep time: 5 minutes
Refrigeration time: 2 hours

PREPARATION:

  • Combine wine and all juices in a tall pitcher.
  • Add fruit slices and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Pour into chilled glasses filled with fruit ice cubes. Garnish glasses with additional fruit slices. *Save the other half of each can of juice to make fruit ice cubes.

FRUIT ICE CUBES

Makes 24 ice cubes

INGREDIENTS:
2 ice cube trays Water or fruit juices
Assorted fresh fruit: grapes, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, oranges, lemons.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Freezing time: 2-3 hours

PREPARATION:

  • Cut or slice fruit to fit into each individual ice cube mold.
  • Fill with water or juice and freeze until solid.
  • Unmold and serve with your favorite drinks.
